摘要
对一种高功率放电锌粉的特性进行了测试,用高功率放电锌粉制作LR6电池,研究了电池的1.0 A连放和1.2 A脉冲放电性能。结果显示:该锌粉与其前一代锌粉相比,具有相同的化学组成、相似的粒度分布和相近的析气量,但内部构造不同。高功率放电锌粉颗粒内部的结晶纹理较前一代产品更多、更细密,高功率放电性能较前一代产品好。
The characteristics of a kind of high power discharge zinc powder were tested. The 1.0 A continuous discharge and 1.2 A pulse discharge performance of the LR6 battery assembled by this high power discharge zinc powder were studied. The results showed that this zinc powder had the same chemical composition, similar particle size distribution and amount of evolved gas, different inner structure compared with the order product. The high power discharge zinc powder had more and finer inner crystal grain, better high power discharge performance than the order product.
