摘要
碱性锌锰(Zn-MnO2)电池的导电性能(内阻)与活性物质的利用率影响其大电流放电性能。指出提高活性物质利用率的关键是对原材料的选择;采用对LR6、LR1试验电池放电检测的方法分别讨论了EMD、石墨粉、正负极粘合剂、锌粉及隔膜纸对电池大电流放电性能的影响。
The conductivity and using rate of active material affect the large c urrent discharge performance of alkaline Zn MnO2 batteries.It was pointed out t hat the choice of raw materials was the key to improve the using rate of battery active materials.And the effcts of EMD,graphite powder,positive and negative bi nder,zinc powder,separator on the large current discharge performance of alkalin e Zn MnO2 batteries were described in this paper.
