摘要
研究了 3种颗粒形貌不同而成分相同的锌粉在碱液中的稳定性 ,并检测用这 3种锌粉制作的LR6型无汞碱锰电池性能。锌粉的析气试验表明针状锌粉在碱液中浸泡 3天后析气量最低 ;以针状锌粉膏制成的电池大电流放电容量可提高约 30 % ;电池有很好的抗震性、贮存性。
The present study showed that needle-shape zinc powder had the lowest hydrogen gas evolution in KOH solution after three days.Tests of actual batteries using gelled anodes using needle-shape zinc powder showed that mercury-free alkaline Zn/MnO 2 LR6 type cells were resistant to damage caused by shocking and such batteries had good discharge properties.The capacity of battery made of needle-shape zinc powder was improved about 30% in large current discharge.
