摘要
无汞锌粉是制造无汞碱锰电池的关键材料,是当前研究的热门课题。综述了无汞锌粉合金组分的优化、锌粉颗粒大小及其分布以及负极添加剂等3个方面的研究概况。研究结果表明:1)高纯锌粉中添加适量Bi、In、Al(或Ca),能有效减少析气,提高容量;2)富含细粉(<75μm)的无汞锌粉能提高电池大电流放电容量和抗振动性能;3)负极无机缓蚀剂In2O3或In(OH)3以及有机缓蚀剂MA、QS均具有较好的缓蚀作用。
Mercury-freezinc-powderis the key material in the productionof alkaline Zn/MnO 2 batteries.Andit is also the pop problemto research currently.The optimi-zation of alloy component,granule size and distribution of the mercury-free zinc-powderalloy,as well as the cathode additives were summerized.The research results showedthat:1)adding some Bi?In?Al(or Ca)into the high-purezinc-powdercan reduce gas revolution and improvedischarge capacity;2)The mercury-freezinc-powder contained plentifully microparticle(diameter of which is no more than75μm)can improve high-currentdischarge capacity and anti-vibration performance;3)The inorganic compoundsuch as In 2 O 3 and In(OH) 3 ,and the organic compoundsuch as MAand QS,can serve as the cathodeinhibitors preferably.
