摘要
介绍了一种新的表面处理方法——激光触发真空电弧镀膜技术。针对典型的镀膜装置,描述了其结构组成,分析了基本工作原理和过程,并就其应用进行了论述与展望。
A novel technique as laser induced vacuum arc coating for surface modification and machining is reviewed in this paper. The typical experimental arrangement for this method is deduced in detail, the basic principle and working process are analyzed. Lastly, some application examples and outview of this new technique are discussed.
