摘要
通过光学显微镜研究了不同浓度NaCl处理下中亚滨藜根的解剖结构.研究结果表明:根的横切面积随NaCl浓度的升高而减小;导管的数目随NaCl浓度的增加而增多,而导管口径随NaCl浓度升高而减小;根中含有结晶细胞;特别是根中存在异常次生结构的现象,对于中亚滨藜适应干旱、盐胁迫具有十分重要的意义.
The anatomical structures of the root of Atriplex centralasiatica Iljin with different NaCl concen-trations treatment were studied by LM. The result showed the root diameter of Atriplex centralasiatica Iljin was remarkably decreased with the increase of NaCl concentrations, so was the vessel diameter of xylem in the root. The number of vessels increased with the stimulation of NaCl. There were crystallierous cells and anoma-lous secondary structure in the root, which were important for Atriplex centralasiatica Iljin to adapt to salinity and drought
