摘要
在扫描电镜下,观察了盐生植物西伯利亚蓼(Polygonumsibiricum)Laxm.的解剖结构。结果表明:其抗盐碱的主要特征为茎和根中的导管分布率高,导管端壁不具梯状穿孔板,管间纹孔互列式,单穿孔的导管数目多,显示了维管植物较进化类型的输导结构。西伯利亚缪特殊的叶脉,由两个木质部相对排列的维管束组成。这一结构的重演,证实了叶的起源理论。
The observation on the saline-alkali soil of structure of Polygonum sibiricum Laxm.was made under SEM.It is shown that its important characters of resisting saline-alkali are the higher rate of the vessels scatterer in the roots and stems.There are not the scalarform perforation plate on the top of vessels.The intervascular pitting is the alternate pitting.A lot of vessels have the simple perforation plate.These show that structure of evolutional conduction tissue in vascular plat[9].The special vein consists of two bundles of vascular,which xylem arranged in the opposite direction.This structure has given eloquent proof of the thoeries on the originate of leaves.
