药用植物盐胁迫响应机理研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 土壤盐碱化是世界多国和地区所面临的一个严峻问题,严重影响农业生产。盐胁迫严重影响植物种子萌发、生长发育等过程,导致植物体内离子和渗透压失衡,以及由此引起的次级胁迫,如氧化胁迫、营养亏缺等,并最终导致植物生长减缓甚至死亡。目前,模式植物及作物应对盐胁迫的生理和分子机制已得到广泛研究,但关于药用植物耐盐胁迫的研究报道较少。本文从盐胁迫对药用植物生长发育、次生代谢的影响和药用植物的避盐耐盐机制及关键基因等方面综述其研究进展,并对其研究与应用前景进行展望,可为今后药用植物盐胁迫研究和耐盐品种培育提供参考。 Soil salinization has become a serious problem faced by most countries and regions in the world,which greatly threatens agricultural production.Salt stress seriously affects seed germination,growth and development of plants.It leads to imbalance of ionic and osmotic pressure,as well as secondary stresses including oxidative stress and nutrient deficiency,and ultimately results in growth inhibition and even death.At present,the physiological and molecular mechanisms of model plants and crops in response to salt stress had been extensively studied,but there were few studies on the salt tolerance of medicinal plants.In this stud⁃y,the effects of salt stress on growth,development and secondary metabolism of medicinal plants were summa⁃rized,as well as the mechanism of salt tolerance and key genes.The research and application prospects of salt tolerance study in medicinal plants were prospected.It would provide theoretical references for future salt stress researches and breeding of salt⁃tolerant medicinal plants.
