摘要 5月中旬选取典型晴天用LI-6400便携式光合仪对藜从第一片完全展开叶倒数第3~5片功能叶进行有关光合参数的测定。结果表明:藜的光合日变化呈双峰型,有明显的“午休”现象,第1个峰值出现在8:30左右,Pn达到9.34μmol CO2·m^-2·s^-1第2个峰值出现在16:00左右,Pn为4.26bμmol CO2·m^-2·s^-1造成光合午休的主要原因是受气孔调节。在400μmol·mol^-1CO2浓度下藜的光饱和点(LSP)为1350μmol CO2·m^-2·S^-1左右,光补偿点(LCP)为22.5μmol CO2·m^-2·s^-1左右;表观量子效率(AQY)为0.035μmol CO2·mol^-1 photons。二氧化碳饱和点(CSP)在976μmol CO2·mol^-1左右,二氧化碳补偿点(CCP)在40μmol CO2·mol^-1左右,羧化效率(CE)为0.1132μmol CO2·m^-2·s^-1。说明藜是一种具有较强耐荫能力的C3型阳性植物。 The photosynthetic parameters of the third to fifth functional leaves below the top fully-expanded leaves of Chenopodium album L. were measured with LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system on the days with clear sky in the middle ten days of May. The results showed that the photosynthesis of C. album presented varied in a double-peak manner thus suffering a remarkable noon inhibition. Its first peak occurred at about 8:30 while the Pn reached 9.34 μmol CO2 · m^-2 · s^-1 ,and its second peak appeared at 16:00 while its Pn reached 4.26 μmol CO2 · m^- 2 · s^-1. The major reason for the noon inhibition was stomatal regulation. With CO2 concentration at 400 μmol · mool^-1 the light saturation and compensation points of C. album were about 1 350 μmol CO2 · m^-2 · s^-1 and 22.5 μmol CO2 · m^-2 · s^-1 ,respectively;The apparent quantum yield,CO2 saturation and compensation point ,and carboxylation efficiency were about 0. 035 μmol CO2 ·mool^-1 photons ,976 μmol CO2 · mool^-1 ,40 μmol· CO2· mol^-1 and 0. 113 2 μmol· CO2 · m^-2 · s^-1 ,respectively. These indicates that C. album is a heliophile C3 plant with strong shade-tolerance.
