摘要
选用9个不同基因型的油菜,采用单因素方差分析,研究其下胚轴再生分化及转化后分化效率,阐明了不同基因型对油菜再生及转化后芽苗分化能力的影响。结果表明,油菜再生及转化的分化效率均受基因型影响,基因型对油菜再生分化的影响程度大于转化后分化的程度,且不同油菜品种再生分化芽苗效率及转化后分化芽苗效率之间并不存在严格的相关性。
The establishment of regeneration and transformation is basis to the development of rapeseed genetic engineering. However, rapeseed's regenerated and transformed efficiency were mainly affected by genotype in recently articles, which hindered rapeseed genetic engineering's development. In order to understand the effect of various genotype hypocotyles the shoot regeneration and the differentiation ability after Agrobacterium-mediated in rapeseed( Brassica napus L. ), nine cultivars of rapeseed hypocotyles were studied. The results indicated that the influence of genotype on regeneration was more than differentiation ability of transformation. The regeneration frequency of genotype was unrelated to buds formation after transformation via Agrobacterium-mediated.
