摘要
比较了甘蓝型油菜两个不育株系不同分枝部位苔段离体培养分化出苗的能力，结果表明，以植株中部分枝苔段的正常出苗块率最高，分化苗数和二次苗数最多，无效苗率较低。
The differentiation ability of seedling formation from different branch explants of two sterile lines of rape(Brassica napus L.)was compared.The results indicated that the rate of normal seedling pieces at the middle part of plant was higher,and both the differentiation seedling and its secondary seedlings were the most of them and less ineffective seedling.
