甘蓝型黄籽油菜的再生能力研究 被引量:2

摘要 以甘蓝型油菜30个黄籽品系和50个黑籽品系为材料,对黄籽品系和黑籽品系的下胚轴芽再生频率以及黄籽油菜下胚轴和子叶的芽再生频率进行了比较。结果表明:黄籽和黑籽品系的下胚轴芽再生频率无明显差异。从总体上看,黄籽品系的下胚轴芽再生频率都较低,品系间差异显著,部分品系如SH 21,SH 167,SH 34表现较好。甘蓝型黄籽油菜子叶的芽再生频率(平均89.49%)极显著地高于下胚轴(平均15.95%),但其差异随品系而异,特别是品系DH33,部分处理子叶芽再生频率为100%,而下胚轴芽再生频率却为0。 Thirty yellow-seeded lines and 50 black-seeded lines of rapeseed ( Brassica napus) were used as experiment materials and the differences in shoot regeneration frequency ( SRF) between the two types of rapeseed and between hypoeotyls and cotyledons of the yellow- seeded lines were investigated. Differences in SRF of hypocotyls between the yellow-and black-seeded lines were not ohvious. SRF of hypocotyls of yellow-seeded lines was ger,erally low, though the difference among the lines studied was significant. A few lines ( SH 21, SH 167 and SH 34) showed considerably high SRF. The SRF of cotyledon was 89.49% in contrast to 15.95% for that of hypocotyls, a difference significant statistically. The difference in SRF between cotyledons and hypocotyls varied with rapeseed line. For the line DH 33, the SRF of cotyledon was 100% in some treatments while that of its hypocotyls was 0%.
