摘要
着重对硅晶体、陶瓷、磁性材料等硬脆材料的各种切割方法和设备作了分析介绍,并指出最近国内外硬脆材料切割机器的发展趋势。
The various cutting off methods and equipments of silicon crystalline,ceramic,magnetic and other brittle hard materials are analyzed and presented emphatically,and the internal and external recent developmental tendency of cut-off machines for brittle hard materials is pointed out.
