摘要
在分析采用激光、磨料水射流、电火花线切割等方法切割工程陶瓷技术的现状与特点的基础上 ,提出采用附加阳极等离子弧切割工程陶瓷的基本思想 ,通过实验证明上述方法可行且具有独特的优点 ,显示出良好的应用前景。
Based on the analysis of the present situation and the characteristics of the technology of laser cutting, abrasive water jet cutting, WEDM on engineering ceramics, a new method additional positive pole plasma arc cutting is offered. The feasibility of the method has been proved by experiments. The method has its own advantage and good prospect.
