摘要
通过对Al2O3—TiC陶瓷材料电加工后表面粗糙度和强度的测定,分析电参数对加工材料表面质量的影响,试验结果表明,减小脉冲宽度、脉冲系数有利于降低加工表面的粗糙度,而经电加工后的陶瓷材料表面受到损伤,强度有所降低。
By measuring the surface roughness and strength of Al2O3-TiC ceramic material after electrodischarge machining, the authors aralyze the effect of EDM parameters on the surface quality of the workpiece. The experimental result shows that decreased pulse duration and pulse coefficlent will improve the surface roughness of the workpiece and Cause Less damage to it and its strength during electrodischarge machining.
