摘要
目的建立了毛细管电泳法测定中药复方制剂银黄口服液中绿原酸、黄芩苷的方法。方法以弹性石英毛细管柱为分离柱,25 mmol.L-1硼砂缓冲溶液(用0.2 mol.L-1HAc和0.1 mol.L-1NaOH调pH至9.0)为运行缓冲液,分离电压为15kV,检测波长为325 nm。结果在优化的条件下,20 min内实现了2种物质的良好分离,绿原酸、黄芩苷峰面积和浓度分别在0.1-1.0和0.2-2.0 mg.mL-1呈良好线性;检出限分别为:绿原酸0.02 mg.mL-1;黄芩苷0.04 mg.mL-1,回收率在97%-102%。结论该方法适合该品种的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE A capillary electrophoretic method has been developed for the determination of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Traditional Chinese Medicinal preparation Yinhuang oral liquid.METHODS An elastic quartz capillary tube at 20 ℃ was used with a running buffer of Na2B4O7(25 mmol·L-1,pH=9.0),the separate voltage was 15 kV and detection wavelength was 325 nm.RESULTS Under optimized conditions,two components were separated in 20 min.A good linear relationship between the peak area and concentration was observed in the ranges of 0.1~1.0 and 0.2~2.0 mg·mL^-1 for chlorogenic acid and baicalin,respectively.The detection limits were found to be 0.02 and 0.04 mg·mL^-1 for these two components,respectively.The recoveries of two components were all within 97%~102%.CONCLUSION The method is suitable for the control of the drug.
