摘要
绿原酸是一种重要的生物活性物质。以杜仲叶为原料,采用丙酮-水溶液体系作浸提剂对绿原酸提取工艺进行了研究。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为浸提温度65℃,丙酮浓度40%,料液比1∶12,浸提时间3 h;经聚酰胺柱层析分离后,绿原酸得率可达27.4%,绿原酸产品纯度可达77.04%。
The chlorogenic acid is an important bioactivity material.The process of extracting chlorogenic acid from Eucommia ulmoides oliver leaves,with aqueous acetone as extraction solvent,was studied. The optimum extraction conditions were as following: temperature 65℃,40% aqueous acetone,a ratio of material to solvent 1∶12,extraction duration 3 h.After extracted under the optimum conditions and purified with polyamide column chromatography,the yield and purity of chlorogenic acid were 27.4% and 77.04% ,respectively.It is expected to provide reference for other material to extract chlorogenic acid.
