摘要
用反相ＨＰＬＣ法测定金银花提取液中氯原酸含量，用正文试验处理数据，结果证明了在弱酸性条件下较长时间煎煮有利于提高氯原酸提出率。验证试验又证明了在上述条件下，氯原酸是稳定的。

denerniination of chlorogenic acid in the extract of Flos Lonicerae
by reveed-phase HPLC has provedthat relatively long time boiling in
weak acid conditions is beneficial to increasingthe extracting rate
of the acid. Also,verifying experiments have shown that chlorogenic
acid remains stable in the above-said conditions.
