摘要 采用碳酸乙烯酯作萃取剂萃取精馏分离碳酸二甲酯(DMC)与甲醇的恒沸物,为了得到纯度达99.5%的DMC产品,利用ASPEN PLUS流程模拟软件对此过程进行了模拟计算,得到了最佳的工艺操作条件及工艺参数,DMC的纯度达到99.67%,萃取剂可以完全循环利用,为工业化装置提供了重要的理论依据和设计参考。 Ethylene carbonate was used as extractant for the separation of dimethyl carbonate - methanol azeo- trope by extractive distillation. In order to obtain the purified DMC (99.5%), ASPEN PLUS software was used to simulate the separation process, and the optimum operation conditions and process parameters were obtained. The purity of dimethyl carbonate product was 99.67% and ethyl carbonate extractant could be recycled completely in this separation process. The results could be used as the theoretical basis and design reference for industrial apparatus.
