摘要
根据恒沸精馏原理,采用正交实验设计,用计算机对实验数据进行最优化处理,确定了恒沸精馏分离甲醇与碳酸二甲酯(DMC)二元共沸物的最佳工艺条件:共沸剂为三氯乙烯,共沸剂用量为51 g,填料为不锈钢铁圈,回流比为3∶1,馏出速率为2.5 mL/min。以上述工艺条件,进行 DMC-甲醇共沸物分离,所得 DMC 纯度为99.99%。
The separation of dimethyl carbonate from its azeotrope with methanol using trichloroethylene was reported. Orthogonal design and computer were used to guide the experiments. It was found that azeotrope agent, filler, the ratio of reflux remarkably influenced the separation efficiency. The optimal conditions to separate the DMC-CH3OH azeotrope are as follows: the azeotropic agent was trichloroethylene,the filler was stainless steel circle,reflux ratio was controlled at 3 : 1, distillation speed was 2.5 mL/min. Under the optimal conditions, the purity of dimethyl carbonate was 99.99%. The obtained results is very important and can be used as the theoretical and practical basis for the industrial apparatus.
