摘要
对甲醇气相氧化羰基化法合成碳酸二甲酯(DMC)产物的分离进行了研究。根据甲醇气相氧化羰基化产物的特性提出了预分离-全变压精馏工艺和预分离-倾析工艺。以NRTL方程作为活度系数方程,使用A spen P lus模拟软件优化了分离工艺中的主要参数并对工艺流程进行了模拟。模拟结果表明,两种分离工艺均能得到合格的DMC、甲醇和缩甲醛产品,得到各精馏塔的主要操作参数,预分离-倾析工艺比预分离-全变压精馏工艺的能耗约低35%。提出的工艺方案可为工业装置设计提供参考。
Separation methods for products from synthesis of dimethyl-carbonate (DMC)by methanol gaseous oxidative carbonylation were investigated. Predistillation-all swing pressure distillation process and predistillation-decantation process were designed in view of characteristics of products, namely DMC,methanol water, and formal. Aspen Plus simulation software was used to optimize important process parameters and simulate whole processes by using NRTL equation as activity coefficient equation. The products could be separated efficiently by both of the processes. Energy consumption of predistillation-decantation process reduced 35 % than that of predistillation-all swing pressure distillation process. Main operation parameters for distillation columns can be used as reference for the design of industrial separation installation.
