摘要
开发了丙烯环氧化反应产物———水、丙二醇和丙二醇单甲醚混合物的分离工艺流程。采用渗透蒸发脱除了大部分水分,并利用双塔流程分离水、丙二醇和丙二醇单甲醚。以UNIFAC热力学方程作为物性计算方法进行了全流程模拟计算,以系统能耗最低为目标,对重要的工艺参数进行了优化。提出的工艺方案可为工业装置设计提供参考。
A separation technology for propylene epoxidation product - mixture of water,propanediol and 1,2-propyleneglycol-1-monomethyl ether was developed.Two distillation columns were used to separate water,propanediol and 1,2-propyleneglycol-1-monomethyl ether after a major portion of water was separated by pervaporation.The process simulation calculation was conducted with UNIFAC thermodynamic equation.Important process parameters were optimized to minimize energy consumption.The process can serve as reference for design of industrial plant.
