摘要
采用单塔间歇恒沸精馏法将异丙醇与水分离,从含水12.6%左右的醇溶液可制得含水小于0.5%的异丙醇产品,醇的回收率达97.0%。对恒沸剂选择、用量。
A single column batch azeotropic distillation method applying to separation of isopropanol-water system is suggested. Product isopropanol ( water amount less than 0.5%) is obtained from aqueous isopropanol containing 12.6% water, recovery of isopropanol is 97%. Selection and amount of azeotropic agent, schematic diagram and operation procedures are proposed.
