摘要
提出了采用恒沸真空精馏分离硝基氯苯的新工艺 ,并通过试验确定了合适的恒沸剂和最佳工艺条件 :恒沸剂与原料质量比为 0 .2 0∶1,回流比为 10 。
A new process is proposed for separation of nitrochlorobenzene by using the azeotroepic vacuum rectification method.A suitable entrainer is determined,and the optimal technology parameters are determined through many experiments.The optimum conditions are as follows:the mass ratio of entrainer to material is 0.20∶1 and the reflux ratio 10.The results may be used for industrialized production.
