摘要
以连续多级逆流分步结晶过程为研究对象,在自行开发设计的长1350mm、内径Φ=50mm的结晶塔内,以萘-硫茚的混合物为实验物系,考察了搅拌速度、晶体床层高度、进料质量分数、回流比等操作参数对操作直线和分离效率的影响。结果表明,在900mm的晶体床层高度和回流比3.30的条件下可以将物料中萘的质量分数从95.36%提高到99.99%。
A continuous multistage counter-current fractional crystallization process has been studied. The crystallizer column was designed and developed especially for this study. A mixture of naphthalene and thionaphthene was studied using a column of length 1350 mm and inner diameter Ф = 50 mm. The effects of varying the speed of stirring, crystal-bed height, fraction of naphthalene in the feed, and flux ratio on the operation and the separation efficiency were systematically studied. By changing the parameters which influence the separation efficiency, a large amount of experimental data were collected and analyzed. It was shown that it is possible to improve the fraction of naphthalene in the feed from 95.36 % to 99.99 % with a crystal-bed height of 900 mm and reflux ratio of 3.30.
