摘要
本文对环氧丙烷(PO)-水-甲醇混合物的分离提出了分壁式萃取精馏的方法。在满足PO产品纯度为9999%时,运用Aspen Plus软件进行模拟、优化,得出最佳工艺条件:塔板数为45,萃取剂进料流量为11 t/h,萃取剂进料板为第12块,质量回流比为025,再沸器能耗为5569 MW。与传统萃取精馏相比,分壁式萃取精馏可降低能耗1602%。
The separation for propylene oxide (PO)-water-methanol mixture was realized with dividing wall extractive distillation column.The simulation and the optimization of the process were carried out with Aspen Plus software.With the PO requirement purity of 99.99% ,the optimum conditions were the stages number of 45 ,the extractant feed flow of 11 t/h, the extractant feed stage at 12, the mass reflux ratio of 0. 25, and reboiler energy consumption of 5. 624 MW.The dividing wall extractive distillation could save energy 16. 02% compared with the conventional extractive distillation column.
