萃取精馏分离异丙醇与甲苯的模拟计算与实验研究 被引量:2

Simulation and experimental study on extractive distillation for isopropanol and toluene

摘要 选取N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)为萃取剂,以UNIFAC方程为模型,采用Aspen Plus对萃取精馏分离异丙醇(IPA)与甲苯过程进行模拟计算。分别考察了萃取精馏塔与溶剂回收塔的各操作参数对分离效果的影响。在最佳条件下,一次可以得到质量含量为99.33%的异丙醇与99.34%的甲苯。通过实验对该模拟结果进行验证,实验值与模拟值基本一致。 A method for IPA and toluene separation by using extractive distillation with DMAC as solvent was presented. The simulation had been carried out satisfactorily by process simulation software based on the thermodynamic model UNIFAC. Effects of parameters on the extractive distillation column and solvent recovery column were investigated. Under the optimum operation conditions, the mass content of IPA and toluene was up to 99.33% and 99.34% respectively. At the same time, in order to verify the simulation results, the experiment was carried out. The mass content of IPA and toluene was up to 99.25% and 98.51% respectively, which were basically the same as the simulation results.
