摘要
考察了两种新的用于甲醇液相羰化制取甲酸甲酯(MF)的催化体系──环氧丙烷(PO)助催的含氮有机碱:三乙胺和咪唑。试验结果表明,无环氧丙烷助催的三乙胺和咪唑具有一定的催化活性,但催化活性极小;添加少量环氧丙烷助催的三乙胺和咪唑,其催化活性显著提高。相同时间内的甲酸甲酯摩尔收率分别提高110倍和350倍。温度对催化活性的影响试验结果发现,环氧丙烷助催的三乙胺和咪唑催化体系具有奇特的反应温度~产物收率关系:90℃附近的收率最高。
Two new catalytic systems-propylene oxide(PO)-promoted triethylamine and pro-pylene oxide-promoted imidazole have been studied.The experimental results have showedthat unpromoted triethylamine and unpromoted imidazole have only very low catalyticactivities for methanol carbonylation to methyl formate. However, PO-promoted triethylamineand PO-promoted imidazole have much higher catalytic activities.The catalytic activity ratioof PO-promoted to PO-unpromoted is 110 for triethylamine and 350 for imidazole. From theresults of temperature effect,it can be seen that PO-promoted triethylamine and PO-pro-moted imidazole systems have peculiar temperature-yield relationships, lower temperature isadvantageous to improvement of activity of PO-promoted triethylamine and PO-promoted imi-dazole,and these peculiar relationships are probably related to catalytic mechanism of thecatalysts used.
