摘要 γ-丁内酯经付-克烷基化反应得4-苯基丁酸,在THF中经硼氢化钠-碘体系还原得β2-受体激动剂沙美特罗中间体4-苯基丁醇,总收率达67%。 4-Phenylbutanol, an intermediate of β2-receptor agonist salmeterol was prepared from γ-butyrolactone by Friedel-Crafls alkylation to give 4-phenylbuanoic acid, which was subjected to reduction with NaBH4-I2 system in THF with an overall yield of about 67 %.
