摘要
以Pd/C-甲酸铵为催化剂,沙美特罗的重要中间体1-(2,2-二甲基-4H-1,3-苯并二氧芑-6-基)-2-(2-羟基-1-苯乙氨基)乙醇通过催化氢转移氢解完成脱苄反应,收率92%。将Pd/C-甲酸铵应用于催化溴那维定脱溴制得加兰他敏的重要中间体那维定,收率75%。
Using Pd/C-( ammonium formate) as the catalyst, an important intermediate of salmeterol, 1-( 2,2-dimethyl-4H-I, 3-benzodioxin-6-yl ) -2-( 2-hydroxy-1 -phenylethylamino ) ethanol, was debenzylized by catalytic transfer hydrogenolysis in yield of 92%, and the important intermediate of galanthamine, narwedine, was obtained from bromonarwedine by debromination in yield of 75%.
