On the Bachelor's Education of Tourism Management from the Graduate Employment

摘要本文采用人力资本相关理论,构建了高校旅游管理本科生就业模型,分析了造成目前高校旅游管理本科生就业现状的原因,对高校旅游管理本科教育提出了相应的建议。 This paper analyzes and interprets the cause by developing a graduate employment model with the concept of human capital, and provides some suggestions on the bachelor＇ s education of tourism management.
