摘要
详细介绍臭氧保鲜机的电路设计原理及其电器元件的选择.保鲜机选用市售元件制作IC控制电路,对电子脉冲激发臭氧发生器实现自动循环间歇工作,把库房内臭氧(O3)浓度控制在10~21mgm-3内.利用臭氧发生器半电晕放电产生O3,投资少,运行费低。
The principle of electric circuit design and the selection for equipment components of the ozone preservation machine were described. IC controlling electric circuit was designed to activate ozone preservation machine through electric pulse for automatic, circulated, and shift work. Concentration of ozone in the storehouse was regulated for 10 ̄21 mg·m -3 . Ozone was produced through semi corona discharge. Thus energy was saved and efficiency was high with low investment and expense.
