摘要
目的 :观察多功能臭氧果菜解毒机对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭效果。方法 :采用悬液试验和载体试验。结果 :该消毒机开机 1分钟对液体中金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率达 99.93% ,开机 3分钟 ,对大肠杆菌的杀灭率达 10 0 % ;开机 10分钟 ,对滴染于玻片上的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭率分别达 10 0 %和 99.95 % ;开机 30分钟 ,对葡萄和白菜表面及空气中自然菌的平均杀灭率均达 90 %以上。结论 :多功能臭氧果菜解毒机对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌有良好的杀灭作用。
Objective:To knowledge the germicidal efficacy of the multifunctional ozone disinfecting machine for fruit and vegetable to staphylococcus aureus and Eschrichia coli.Method:Suspension and carrier test were carried on.Results:Indicated that by 1 min and 3min disinfecting with the machine,the killing rates of staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in liquid were 99.93% and 100%,respectively.By 10 min disinfecting,the killing rates on surface of glass strip were 100% and 99.95%,respectively.By 30 min disinfecting,the average killing rates of the natural bacterium in air and on surface of grapes and cabbages were over 90%.Conclusion:The multifunctiond ozone disinfecting machine for fruit and regetable played on important germicidal role.
