摘要
利用高频感应钎焊技术,在不同钎焊温度和热处理条件下制备硬质合金枪钻头试样,并于自制装置上测试试样的剪切破坏力大小。结合对接头的微观观察分析,得出钎焊温度和热处理温度对接头剪切强度的影响规律。
The carbide gun drill specimens are prepared with HF-induction brazing technology at different brazing temperature and under different heat treatment conditions. Self-made unit is used to test the degree of shear rupture. The microscopic study of the joint presented the law of influence of brazing temperature and heat-treatment temperature on the joint strength.
