摘要
对厚度6 mm的AZ91D镁合金搅拌摩擦焊接头热处理前后的焊缝微观组织和静态再结晶动力学进行研究。结果表明:热处理后,AZ91D接头焊核区组织发生了静态再结晶,等轴晶组织明显细化,β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相在焊核区的分布由原来的团簇状变为细小弥散的短棒或点状,且含量减少。AZ91D接头焊核区再结晶激活能为42.6 k J/mol,在300、350、400和450℃退火条件下,接头焊核区发生完全再结晶的时间分别为75、37.5、25和15 min。
The microstructure and static recrystallization before and after heat treatment of friction stir welded 6 mm AZ91 D magnesium alloy were investigated. The results show that the crystal grains become small and uniform at the typical friction stir weld joint zone after heat treatment. The β- Mg(17)Al(12) phase turns from sporadic cluster into short rod or dot. The activation energy was calculated to be about 42.6 k J/mol, the time for recrystallization completion at 300, 350,400 and 450 ℃ are 75、37.5、25 and 15 min respectively.
