摘要
在分析了钎头钎焊质量和存在问题的基础上 ,对其高频感应钎焊工艺参数 ,包括钎缝间隙、加热速度、冷却速度、感应圈设计、焊件表面状况和钎料加入方式等进行了探讨和优选 ,同时提出了降低钎头焊接残余应力的措施。对比试验证明 ,钎头钢体以 4 0MnMoV替代 4 0Cr ,钎料以80 1号替代 1 0 5号 。
The whole quality and service life of rock drill depend upon the welding quality of its steel body to drill bit that was always made by YG8C hard alloy. On the basis of analysing both existed problems and welding quality, welding process parameters, including brazing gap, heating speed, cooling speed, designing inductor, surface condition and the adding way of solder, were studied and optimized in high frequency welding. Some methods to decrease welding residual stress in the drill bit were presented. Moreover, comparative tests showed that a rock drill's quality and service life would be improved if 40Cr steel is replaced by 40MnMoV and solder 105 is replaced by 801.
