摘要
为研究焊接温控工艺参数对YL10.2硬质合金焊接质量的影响,通过正交试验设计,以抗弯强度为衡量指标进行测试,优选出最佳焊接温控参数:升温温度720℃、焊接温度770℃、焊接时间30s。通过电镜试验对最佳焊接温控工艺参数进行进一步验证,用优化后的温控参数生产的焊接铣刀与相同规格型号的整体硬质合金铣刀进行切削试验对比。结果表明:虽然焊接铣刀在加工中振动较大,磨损较整体硬质合金刀具严重,但在整个切削试验过程中,焊接处无脱焊、开裂等情况,表明铣刀焊接处强度足够,满足刀具使用性能要求,焊接温控工艺参数可靠。
In order to investigate the effect of welding temperature controlling parameters on the quality of YL10.2 cemented carbide welding,orthogonal test is carried out,taking the bending strength as the criterions,and the optimum parameters including the heating temperature 720℃,the welding temperature 770℃,the welding time 30s are selected.The optimal welding temperature controlling parameters are further verified by metallographic test.The cutting test is performed by using the welding milling cutter which is manufactured with optimal parameters and the hard-milling cutter of the same type.The results show that although the welding milling cutter has a larger vibration during machining and the wear is more serious than the solid carbide milling cutter,but de-welding and cracking do not occurr during the whole cutting test,which proves that the welding strength could meet the requirement and the welding temperature controlling parameters are reliable.
