铜-洛美沙星-曙红三元络合物分光光度法测定洛美沙星 被引量:2

摘要 pH4.1的条件下,铜与洛关沙星、曙红反应生成三元络合物,使曙红溶液褪色并产生新的吸收峰,最大褪色峰谷波长位于508nm,三元络合物吸收峰波长位于546nm。利用吸收峰、谷的高度差,进行洛美沙星的测定,洛美沙星的质量浓度在0.7~3.8mg/L范围内符合比耳定律。方法的表观摩尔吸光系数为5.47×10^4 L·mol^-1·cm^-1.检出限为0.46mg/L。该方法用于HCl洛美沙星片剂样品中洛关沙星的测定,准确、灵敏、选择性好。对样品平行6次测定,相对标准偏差为0.42%~3.1%,回收率为92.6%~106.9%。 Copper, komefloxacin and Tetrabromofluorescein (TBF) form a ternary complex under the condition of pH 4.1, which make the color of the TBF solution fade and generate a new absorption. The maximum fading wavelength is at 508 rim, and the absorption wavelength is at 546 nm. The determination of komefloxacin is based on the altitude difference of maximum and minimum absorption. The apparent molar absorptivity is 5.47×10^4 L·mol^-1·cm^-1 . Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0.7 ~ 3.8 mg/L. The detection limit of the method is 0.46 mg/L. The relative standard deviations are 0.42%~ 3.14% for 6 parallel determinations of tetrabromofluorescein samples. The recoveries of the method are 92.6% ~ 106.9%. The method has been applied to the determination of komefloxacin in capsules with satisfactory results.
