摘要
利用氨阳离子自由基与碳的接枝反应,采用电化学方法将三聚氰胺共价修饰到玻碳电极表面。电化学实验及红外光谱分析表明三聚氰胺在电极表面成功键合。在乙酸盐缓冲溶液(pH=5.2)中,通过同位镀银膜,使Cu(Ⅱ)在修饰电极上有灵敏的响应。在最佳测试条件下,Cu(Ⅱ)的溶出峰电流与浓度在5.0×10-8~0.78×10-5 mol·L-1范围内呈现较好的线性关系,检测限为1.56×10-8 mol·L-1。该修饰电极具有良好的选择性、稳定性和重现性。采用标准加入法对水样中Cu(Ⅱ)进行测定,回收率达98.81%~100.02%。
Melamine was covalently modified on glassy carbon electrodes(GCE)through amino cation free radical reaction upon electrochemical scanning in nonaqueous solution.Cyclic voltammetry and infrared spectroscopy techniques were used to confirm the existence of melamine on the glassy carbon electrode surface.By synchronously plating Silver film on the surface of electrode,it was found that the modified electrode exhibited sensitive voltammetric response to Cu(Ⅱ)in 0.1mol.L-1 acetate buffer solution at pH 5.2.The detection conditions were optimized.Under the optimal condition,the stripping current is proportional to the concentration of Cu(Ⅱ)in the range of 5.0×10-8-0.78×10-5 mol.L-1,and the detection limit is 1.56×10-8 mol.L-1.Interference investigation indicated that the developed sensor was selective to Cu(Ⅱ).The modified electrode showed good stability and reproducibility.Cu(Ⅱ) in synthetic water sample was determined with standard addition procedure.The recoveries between 98.81%-100.02% were obtained.
