摘要
以非对称性卟啉5,10,15-三(对二甲氨基苯基)-20-(3′-硝基-4′-二甲氨基)苯基卟啉([T(4DTP)(NDT)P]P)作显色剂,研究测定铜离子的高灵敏分光光度法。结果表明,在pH=3.7时,卟啉配合物的最大吸收波长位于431 nm处,铜质量浓度在0~0.120 mg.L-1范围内符合比耳定律,摩尔吸光系数为3.49×105L.mol-1.cm-1。用所拟方法对污水、粮食等样品中的铜进行测定,相对标准偏差低于3.0%,回收率在95.3%~108%范围内。
The high-sensitivity porphyrin spectrophotometry to determinate copper ions is studied by taking asymmetrical porphyrin[5,10,15-tri(dimethylamino-phenyl)-20-(3′-nitro-4′-ti)phenyl]porphyrin([T(4DTP)(NDT)P]P) as color development reagents.The results shows that,in the acid environment of pH=3.7;Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~0.120 mg·L-1,with apparent molar absorptivity of 3.49×105 L·mol-1·cm-1 at 431 nm.The method is used to determine trace amount of copper(II) in sewage and food samples with satisfactory results,the relative standard deviation is no more than 3.0%,and the recovery is 95.3%~108%.
