摘要
用伊环糊精作稳定剂,葡萄糖为还原剂,加入银氨溶液制得银纳米粒子。洛关沙星可使银纳米粒子聚集而导致其在波长400nm处的吸光度降低,且此吸光度的降低幅度与洛美沙星的质量浓度在0.12-1.05mg·L^-1内呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3s/k)为0.028mg·L^-1。据此提出了银纳米粒子分光光度法测定洛美沙星含量。方法用于分析洛美沙星片剂样品,测定值与标示值相符,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在2.7%-6.9%之间。加标回收率近100%。
Silver nanoparticles were prepared by adding ammoniacal silver solution to a mixture of β-cyclodextrin (as stabilizer) and glucose (as reductant). It was found that the presence of lomefloxacin induces aggregation of the silver nanoparticles, and leads to decrease in absorbance of nan-Ag particles at the wavelength of 400 nm and that linear relationship was obtained between the magnitude of decrease in absorbance and mass concentration of lomefloxacin in the range of 0. 12-1.05 mg·L^-1 , with detection limit (3s/k) of 0. 028 mg·L^-1. Based on these facts, a method of spectrophotometric determination of lomefloxacin with nano-Ag particles as reactant was proposed. Substantial samples of lomefloxaein tablets were analyzed by the proposed method, giving results of lomefloxacin contents in consistency with the labelled values, and values of RSD's (n= 5) found were ranged from 2.7% to 6.9%.
