摘要
在pH=1.2的Clark Lubs缓冲溶液条件下,曙红B与盐酸洛美沙星复合物的最大吸收峰位于535nm,比曙红B本身红移30nm,复合物的表观摩尔吸光系数为5.82×103L·mol-1·cm-1。方法的线性范围为10~40mg·L-1,检出限为2.2mg·L-1。实验考察了反应条件的影响,初步讨论了反应机理。
In a Clark-Lubs buffer at pH 1.2, the maximum absorption wavelength of the complex of Eosine B with lomefloxacin hydrochloride is 535 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 5.28×10^(3)L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). The peak of the complex has 'red shift' of 30 nm compared with that of the reagent. The linear range is 10~40 mg·L^(-1) with the detection limit of 2.2 mg·L^(-1). The effects of experimental conditions are tested. The interaction mechanism of lomefloxacin hydrochloride and dye is discussed initiatively.
