大鼠脑内AV3V心房肽降压区和穹窿下器之间的功能联系

Functional Connection Between AV3V-atriopeptin Depressor Area and Subfornical Organ in Rat Brain

摘要 目的:为了验证ANP能神经是否从第三脑室前腹侧区(AV3V)投射到穹窿下器(SFO)。方法:用脑内微量注射药物,观察动脉血压和心率变化。结果:(1)心房钠尿肽(APeⅢ)注入SFO后,引起血压下降。(2)在SFO预注射A 71915(一种心房钠尿肽Ⅲ的抑制剂),产生谷氨酸兴奋AV3V的相反效应。结论:刺激AV3V的心房钠尿肽能神经,可在SFO引起降压效应。A71915注入SFO核团可反转AV3V的降压效应。 Objective: To prove whether or not the ANP ergic projections from the AV3V can act upon nuclei involved in subfornical organ. Method:The changes in arterial pressure and heart rate were observed after intrabrain microinjection of drugs. Results: (1) Atriopeptin Ⅲ-injection into SFO induced a depressor response. (2) Preinlection of A71915 (an atriopeptin Ⅲ antagonist) into SFO reversed the depressor response of the AV3V to glutamate. Conclusion: Excitation of atriopeptinergic neurons in the AV3V can produce an inhibitory effect on each nucleus in the SFO, and A71915 injection into SFO can reverse the AV3V depressor response.
