各种急性与慢性应激时 ,循环血中及脑、心血管、肾上腺等组织中血管紧张素Ⅱ (AⅡ )显著增多 ;大量研究表明 :肾素 -血管紧张素是一个应激激素反应系统 ;AⅡ是一种重要的应激激素 ;它与经典的应激激素反应系统 ,下丘脑 -垂体 -肾上腺皮质系统及交感
Angiotensin Ⅱ(AⅡ) was significantly increased in both acutely and Chronica 11y stressed animals as found in brain,heart,.blood vessels and adrenal glands.On basis of a lot of experiments,We tend to assume that AⅡ is a stress hormone and the renin angiotensin system(RAS) is a stress hormone response systems,i.e.the hypothalamus_pituitary_adrenal cortex system and the sympathetic_adrenal medulla system.
