追加反馈是影响操作技能学习的重要因素,本文结合基础护理操作技能学习现状和追加反馈的研究结论,探讨追加反馈的内容、时机和频率的合理运用,旨在充分发挥其对基础护理操作技能学习的积极影响。
Augmented feedback have significant influences on the learning of basic nursing operating skills. The paper is to make an inquiry into the rational application of augmented feedback, including the contents, occasions and frequency of augmented feedback, in combination with the present learning status and the research conclusions of basic nursing operating skills. The aim is to sufficiently and fully enhance its positive influence on the study of basic nursing skills.
