摘要
笔者汇总国内有关期刊发表的文拉法辛临床研究文献121篇,综合其不良反应发生情况。发现文拉法辛常见的不良反应有恶心、口干、头晕、食欲减退、失眠、头痛、便秘、乏力、血压升高、出汗、视物模糊、窦性心动过速、兴奋激越、排尿困难等。这些不良反应的临床表现多为轻、中度,患者能够耐受。
To summarize 121 domestic papers about venlafaxine, and analyze the adverse drug reactions（ADR） of its. It was shown that the common ADR of venlafaxine were nausea, felling thirsty, dizziness, poor appetite, insomnia, headache, constipation, bodily fatigue, raise blood pressure, hyperhidrosis, blurred vision, sinus tachycardia, excitement, dysuria and so on. The adverse reactions were mainly mild or moderate, and were accepted easily by patients.
