摘要
目的:弄清楚在某些疾病中偏头痛和脑卒中的发生机制,有利于指导偏头痛及偏头痛相关脑卒中的治疗。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline数据库1984-01/2005-01期间与偏头痛和脑卒中相关的文章,检索词为“migraine,stroke”,限定文章语言种类为“English”。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取偏头痛与脑卒中相关的临床研究文献,然后筛出明显不相关的文献,对余下的文献查找全文,进一步判断是否符合纳入标准:①二者相关的临床研究。②基础研究。资料提炼:就检索到的815篇文献进行筛选,共引用密切相关文章18篇。包含基础研究1篇,偏头痛与卒中相关性研究17篇,其中病例-对照研究8篇。资料综合:将所选资料按照以下顺序归纳总结:①流行病学调查。②偏头痛相关卒中的分类。③偏头痛患者脑部影像学改变。④偏头痛相关卒中的发病机制。⑤偏头痛相关卒中与某些疾病的相关性研究。结论:偏头痛与脑卒中有关系,但这种关系还不是很清楚,也许二者之间有共同的病理生理学机制,进一步的研究将有助于理解偏头痛相关脑卒中,并正确定义二者之间的关系。
OBJECTIVE： To make clear the attack mechanism of migraine and stroke in some diseases, which is helpful to instruct the treatment of migraine and migraine related stroke.
DATA SOURCES： We searched the Medline database for related articles on migraine and stroke published from January 1984 to January 2005 with the key words ＂migraine, stroke＂ in English. STUDY SELECTION： After the first check-up, the articles about clinical studies of migraine and stroke were selected, and then the obviously uurelated articles were excluded. The full texts of the rest articles were searched for to further judge whether they were accordant with the inclusion criteria or not： （1） clinical research relevant to migraine and stroke, and （2） basic study.
DATA EXTRACTION： Totally 815 related articles for migraine and stroke were selected. Close related 18 articles were quoted, including one about basic study, 17 articles on relationship between migraine and stroke. Among the articles, included 8 case-control studies.
DATA SYNTHESIS： The selected data were summarized in the following order： （1） epidemiological study, （2） classification of migraine-related stroke, （3） changes of neuro-imaging of migraine patients, （4） pathogenesis of migraine-related stroke, and （5） correlative researches between migraine related stroke and several diseases.
CONCLUSION： The migraine is related to stroke, but the association is not known, perhaps a common pathophysiology mechanism plays a part in them. Further research will be help to understand migraine-related stroke, also identify correctly the relationship between migraine and stroke.
