摘要
中长跑运动是属于极限条件下高强度的运动项目。在现代运动训练方法中,多种多样的训练手段、科学合理的训练安排是运动员取得成绩的重要环节。本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法;通过运用运动训练学、运动生物化学等理论,结合训练实践,分析有关专家对中长跑专项力量训练方法的研究,对中长跑训练方法进行了分析和比较,为中长跑的专项力量教学、训练提供参考依据和素材。
Middle distance running belongs to high intensity event. In modern athletic training, different training method and scientific training plan is the important part to achieve the good performance. Through using the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics combining with trai - ning practice, this paper analyzes the specific training method of middle and long distance running used by concerned expert. The main purpose is to provide the reference for specific strength training of middle distance running.
