摘要
目的观察K562细胞在昆虫抗菌肽作用下细胞表面的变化,探讨抗菌肽杀伤肿瘤细胞的机制。方法用针刺对家蝇幼虫感染大肠杆菌,诱导其产生抗菌肽,然后提取该抗菌肽,作用于K562细胞。36 h后用扫描电镜(SEM)观察其细胞表面变化。结果K562细胞表面出现大小不等的孔洞。结论抗菌肽杀伤肿瘤细胞可以从细胞表面穿孔来进行。
Objective To observe the cancer cells K562 injured by antibacterial peptides extracted from Musca domestica larva with SEM, and study the machine-process of antibacterial peptides killing the tumor cells. Methods The larva were infected by bacteria with a needle, in order to be induced to produce some antibacterial peptides, then the peptides were extracted and worked on K562. 36 h later, the cell were observed by SEM. Results Membrane of K562 were drilled some holes. Conclusion The machine-process of antibacterial peptides killing cancer cell could be drilling the membrane.
