摘要 抗菌肽是一类新型的抗菌物质,从最低等的生物病毒、细菌到高等的动植物都有广泛分布。抗菌肽具有普通抗生素所不具有的一系列优点,同时,抗菌肽及人工合成的抗菌肽基因在动植物中可以被表达并具有杀菌活性,有望开发成为新一代的抗菌药物。本文从昆虫抗菌肽的类型及结构特征、生物活性及杀菌机制、结构与活性的关系、基因结构和基因工程、研究展望与应用前景等几个方面对其研究进展进行综述。
